Make sure if you have respite use it! You can use it to run your errands, do your
shopping, clean the house, etc. But make sure you use it to take a break also.
If you do not have respite (if you have a g-tube child you better!) still make time
for yourself. Even though it feels like all you do is try to feed your child there is
some time in the day to take a break.
